Birthday Cake

Ingredients:

3 lbs (1.4 Kilograms) ground turkey or ground beef

3 egg whites or 2 whole eggs

1.5 cups oatmeal

dash of garlic powder

¼ cup parsley, minced

Mixing:

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Mold into desired shape. Bake at 350 F (177C) in broiler pan or on rack on cookie sheet (to drain fat). Bake 45 to 75 minutes, depending on thickness. Remove from oven and cool. Remove from pan. Can be “frosted” with low-fat cream cheese.
