Easter Eggs
Ingredients:
225g Ground beef (mince) (1 gram = 0.0353oz)
2 tablespoons grated cheese
1 carrot - finely grated
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 egg - beaten
1/2 tablespoon tomato paste
Mixing:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Thoroughly mix all the ingredients together. Roll into egg shapes and place on a sprayed cookie sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until brown and firm. Cool and decorate with mayo.
