Diamond Paws
Liver Cake
Ingredients:
1 lb (454 g) raw liver
1/2 cup cold water
1 egg
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup milk powder
1/2 cup wheat germ
1 cup corn meal
1 cup whole wheat flour
Mixing:
Cut liver into small pieces and puree. Add egg, garlic powder and water. Stir in milk powder, wheat germ, corn meal and whole wheat flour. Turn into greased 9 x 12" pan. Bake at 350 F (177C) for 30 minutes. Turn out off pan and cool.
You can cut into pieces or leave whole. Freezes well.
