Tuna Brownies

 

Ingredients:

2 cans tuna (liver can be used instead)

2 eggs

Enough flour to make a gluteny ball

Mixing:

Mix all the tuna and eggs together in a bowl. Add flour, enough to make a moist ball. Spread 1/4" thin on cookie sheet and bake. Chop and freeze, then fridge for a few days as you use them. They stay a bit moist in the center so they'll mold at room temp after a day or so.
